All projects require a clear agreement on pricing before the start of work. Payment terms (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion) will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice.
Payments must be made through the accepted methods listed (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, Fiverr, etc.). Late payments may delay the final delivery of the project.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds (typically 2–3). Additional revisions beyond that may incur extra charges. Final approval of designs implies acceptance and responsibility by the client.
Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the start. Delays caused by incomplete input, late payments, or slow communication from the client are not the responsibility of the designer.
Refunds are not offered once a project has begun. If a project is canceled before work starts, a partial refund may be considered. In the case of dissatisfaction, I’ll do my best to resolve the issue within the scope of the agreed project.
Clients are expected to provide clear instructions, timely feedback, and any necessary materials (logos, images, content) required for the project. Delays in communication may result in timeline adjustments.
Any personal or project information shared through this website will be kept confidential and used only for communication and project purposes. Your data will never be shared or sold.
